Why Does Gifted Support Need Funding?
Tech Drive 2019
Whether it's coding, research, or playing games, technology is at the core of today's society This year, we are raising funds specifically to purchase technology (hardware) for our enrichment classes. GSN currently owns no tablets, laptops, cameras, or project kits of our own. Any items used in past enrichment classes are on loan from our amazing and generous teachers, or from various school districts. This dependence often prevents us from offering some incredible classes for your kiddos. Help us change that! There is so much we can do together! |
Summer Camp 2020
We have been asked many times if GSN offers a summer camp, and we are tired of saying "no" to you! This project has been on our radar for a while now, but summer camps involve a lot of resources, including teachers, supplies, and a physical space to host the camp. We need your help to make all of this a reality! There are a lot of summer opportunities out there, but our plan is to build something specifically for high-ability and gifted kids - something truly as unique and special as they are - to stretch them and challenge them, and give them a chance to learn with other kids just like them! Help us make this dream come true! |
