Make A Difference: Help Gifted Kids Thrive Instead of Just Survive
Gifted kids and their families don't always have the resources they need, and many times parents don't know that there is help available. Your contributions make it possible for us to reach further and let more families know they're not alone. Kids who need those extra resources and don't receive them often end up losing their passion for learning, and just do what it takes to get by. Instead of thriving, they're just surviving.
At Gifted Support Network, we are passionate about giving families and educators a leg up when it comes to providing resources and information they need to help their kids in the classroom and at home. But in order for us to keep offering the best of the best when it comes to free events and resources, we need your help.
Your generosity goes a long way to help make amazing opportunities like class scholarships, educator grants, and enrichment classes possible. It also helps us keep our free events - like our speaker series and parent support groups - free and open to the public.

Here's what people are saying about Gifted Support Network:
“We are honored to be a part of the network that the Gifted Support Network has helped create. Their mission to provide resources for gifted and high ability children has enhanced the lives of many young children and their families in our community. As parents, we have learned so much from their speaker events and given us confidence in how we encourage our kids. Our kids have been given many tools to use as they navigate the challenges they encounter in school and socially. We are blessed to have this group here in our local families' community.” -Joe & Holly
"The Gifted Support Network has helped me connect with parents of gifted students that have questions and concerns just like mine. Going to meetings helps me to ask questions to fellow parents and work through answers together. The GSN has resources such as camps, speaker series, and weekend activities that my family is anxious to participate in this year. My husband and I are pleased that there is a resource such as this parent group to help us better parent our gifted student!" - Anonymous
"Gifted Support Network is a powerful resource for parents needing to guide high-ability students through school and out into the wider world.
Support in addressing the opportunities and challenges in your child’s academic career can be found for sure. A high-ability child needs guidance beyond the classroom and Gifted Support Network offers help for and from parents. Members of the network can count on finding tips and reassurance in areas such as emotional intensity, motivation, routine building and social skills. Gifted Support Network is so valuable as you and your child take learning beyond standard, and even supplemented, classroom approaches. The network offers high quality enrichment programs. Parents and staff have great insight into activities in the region, and beyond, where students can learn and experience in realms that challenge and excite them." - Justin & Cari
"At my very first [parent support group] meeting, I learned that just as exceptional students experience academics at a high level, they also experience high levels of emotions, which can be very overwhelming to a young mind. This happens to many gifted and exceptionally gifted children. The information gained from this discussion allowed me to gain some perspective as I continued to take on my daughter’s changeable emotions. After this meeting, I felt validated and enabled to better communicate with and support my daughter." - Anonymous
